The restaurant is not exclusively gluten free, but a majority of their menu is, and the staff is very well educated on cross contamination. Some of the gluten free highlights of their menu include: the fried green tomatoes, avocado toast, kale chips, and their gluten free bread and cheese board. They also make the gluten free cheese board with a vegan option that is outstanding (who knew cashew cheese could taste so damn good?!). There are also The Butcher's Daughter locations in New York (three locations) and a Los Angeles food truck.
If you haven't tried this place out yet then drop everything you are doing and immediately go eat there — You won't be sorry!
